Hi, I’m Rachel Piña Marte!

Born, raised and based in New York City, I am a multimedia visual artist. My practice is rooted in a calling to turn ideas into a visual experience.

Visual artistry is integral to who I am. I am attracted to the way visual elements can transform anything by changing how we feel and move through it. I create with instinct and experimentation, allowing the medium and idea to shape one another. I work across different forms and materials, allowing fluidity and being unconfined to one way of creating. There’s endless possibilities in my work and that’s what I love the most about what I do.

All of my creations are a byproduct of my NY upbringing and inspired by the diverse, energetic city that I couldn’t be me without. My work carries that energy with it- layered, curious and at times unexpected.

I create with the intention of making experiencing spaces feel different.
